About The Role
This role enables strong commercial, financial, and operational control within H2R by owning the end-to-end Billing process and governing Priority Demand and Break-In Work activities. The role ensures that all vendor funded work is fully costed, properly approved, and accurately reflected in purchasing and payment systems.
