We are seeking an organized and people-focused HR Operations Staff to support our fast-paced e-commerce warehouse. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations for a high-volume workforce, including onboarding, attendance tracking, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate thrives in a warehouse environment and partners closely with operations leadership to support productivity and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding for warehouse associates
• Maintain accurate HRIS records, employee files, and attendance data
• Manage timekeeping, shift schedules, and payroll coordination
• Act as the first point of contact for employee questions, policies, and workplace concerns
