HR Head

Job Summary:

The HR Head is responsible for leading and overseeing the entire Human Resources function of the organization. This strategic role ensures alignment of HR initiatives with business goals, develops and implements HR policies, drives talent management, and fosters a high-performing and compliant work environment. The HR Head acts as a key advisor to senior management on all people-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership

· Develop and execute the overall HR strategy aligned with organizational goals

· Provide guidance and support to senior management on HR and organizational development matters

· Drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning initiatives

Talent Management & Development

· Lead recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent

· Oversee onboarding, employee development, performance management, and career progression programs
