EJO LAND INC. are looking for HR HEAD to be assigned at EJO LAND INC. - CALAMBA CITY LAGUNA

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferably a graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• With at least 1-3 years' experience on the same field.
• Expertise in all HR facets, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Recruitment, Training and Development, Timekeeping, and Payroll Processing.
• Knowledgeable in Government Remittances.
• Has keen-eye to every detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office, especially in Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong ethics and reliability
