Hr Hub Director

For one of our key international Clients, we have been exclusively mandated to recruit a permanent HR Hub Director – Southern Europe (M/W) based in Spain.

You will lead the HR teams and manage the social relations for selected Southern European countries, ensuring operational stability, sound social dialogue and alignment with the Group's long‑term strategy.

The context includes post‑transformation consolidation, with a strong focus on day‑to‑day HR management, employee relations and operational excellence.
