About the Company :

Our client is a well-established and financially stable construction main contractor in Singapore with a strong project pipeline across building and infrastructure works.

With steady expansion and increasing project scale, the company is looking to appoint a capable HR Manager to take ownership of the full HR function and strengthen organizational capability.

The Opportunity :

This role goes beyond routine HR operations. You will lead the HR department, shape workforce strategy, and ensure robust compliance while supporting a growing organization with:

• ~250 foreign workforce
• 50+ office and management staff
• Ongoing project expansion

You will be the central HR decision-maker driving both strategic planning and operational excellence.
