Job Title: Human Resource Intern/OJT

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Intern to support the Human Resources team with documentation and basic administrative tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Scan, file, and organize employee and HR-related documents
• Assist in sorting, labeling, and archiving personnel records
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of HR files (physical and digital)
• Assist in data encoding and simple HR trackers
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or a graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related course
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
