HR Intern

Xgrid is looking for a self-driven HR Intern to join our growing team In this role, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in all aspects of Human Resources, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with sourcing candidates through online job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and applications according to job descriptions and qualifications.
• Schedule interviews and conduct initial phone screenings (if applicable).
• Assist with new hire paperwork and data entry into the HRIS.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, such as scheduling training sessions and preparing welcome materials.
• Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed.
• Stay informed of relevant labor laws and company policies.
