Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern (Payroll Focused) to join our Human Resources team. The primary responsibility of this role will be to assist in payroll processing, employee compensation records, and HR documentation. This opportunity is ideal for an Intermediate or Graduate candidate who has basic knowledge of payroll processes and a strong interest in building a career in HR Operations.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in monthly payroll preparation and processing.
• Maintain and update employee salary records and payroll data.
• Support attendance reconciliation and leave record management.
• Assist in calculating overtime, deductions, bonuses, and other adjustments.
• Ensure accuracy of employee data in HRIS or payroll software.
