HR Intern - OJT (Recruitment)

Presam Group of Companies is a 100% family owned corporation with subsidiaries in the fields of Petro-chemical industry, construction, supply and distribution, property and resort development, hauling and transport and Retailing. The Human Resources Intern/OJT will provide administrative and operational support to the HR Department. The intern will assist in day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, employee records management, and employee engagement activities while gaining hands-on experience in human resource operations.



Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field

Knowledge of basic HR operations and office procedures

Demonstrates professionalism and ability to handle confidential information

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Willing to learn and assist in various HR administrative tasks
