HR INTERN

Qualifications:

• Taking up BS Psychology or BSBA -Human Resource Development Mgmt.
• Excellent Communication skills
• Resourceful and Creative
• Willing to be trained
• Willing to work from Mondays-Fridays (8am-5pm) and Saturdays (8am-3pm)
• Willing to work onsite.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
• Screen candidate's resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
• Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills,experience and aptitudes
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

We will provide 150 pesos allowance per day.
