HR Intern

• College Degree - Related field of study in Human Resource Management.
• Open to students without any pending subjects.
• Assist in recruitment process, including creation of materials for job posts, job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Update HR dashboard and files in hardcopy including 201. Ensure completion of documents required.
• Research on HR trends, policies, and practices as may be required by the HR team.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team e.g. filing, photocopying, drafting communications, scheduling.
• Support onboarding activities such as preparation of documents, and coordination with other departments as needed.
• Help maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of HR files and databases.
• Participate in the planning and execution of employee engagement programs, and other HR- related events.
