HR intern ship

• Assist in sourcing candidates globally through job portals, LinkedIn, and databases
• Post job openings on platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and other global job boards
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Coordinate interviews across different time zones
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Conduct initial HR screening calls
• Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives
• Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards
• Assist with onboarding documentation for selected candidates

Eligibility Criteria

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition / Global Recruitment
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Comfortable working with international candidates and time zones
