HR Intern - Spanish Speaker

As an HR Intern, you will join our European HR Payroll team, supporting employees across multiple countries. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international environment, contributing to key HR operations while learning about payroll, compliance, and employee lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities 

• Support HR projects by creating and updating HR operations documents, resources, and presentations  

• Assist in analyzing and interpreting HR data to support business decisions  

• Help interpret and apply local labor regulations, collective agreements, and internal policies across different European markets  

• Respond to HR-related queries, including system access issues, employment verifications, policy questions, and time tracking concerns
