Key Responsibilities
Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing and screening candidates for retail roles.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and trackers with accuracy.
Assist in initial telephonic screening and candidate engagement.
Skills & Qualifications
MBA / PGDM in HR or related field (current student or recent graduate).
