Key Responsibilities

· Screen resumes based on job requirements
· Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interview panels
· Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers
· Communicate with candidates regarding interview status and follow-ups
· Support senior recruiters in end-to-end hiring activities
· Learn and use job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
· Assist in onboarding documentation and joining formalities
