About The Role

Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates for technical positions (IT, software, engineering roles)
Screen resumes based on job requirements
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interview panels
Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers
Communicate with candidates regarding interview status and follow-ups
Support senior recruiters in end-to-end hiring activities
Learn and use job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
Assist in onboarding documentation and joining formalities
Requirements
Graduate or pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Fresher or up to 6 months of experience in recruitment / HR
