Job Description:

● Organize interviews with shortlisted candidates

● Work on HR google site, data analysis, reports..

● Arrange of Tianjin events and visits.

● Global mobility management such as immigration and Chinese social security

● Assist to build up ATDC candidates talent pool

● On site logistics for deployment of ATDC trainings

● Bi-weekly inspiring corner operation support

● Support employees document stamp & archives + P-file transfer project from Beijing to Tianjin

● Other administrative support
