Job Description

The Total Rewards Function is a Center of Excellence Function responsible for Total Rewards Program management, designing and implementing across business units globally. 


This position reports Total Rewards Senior Manager to provide solutions in benefits and wellbeing.

You will have a taste of both the manufacturing and R&D environment that requires different strokes for each program that we introduce. About the role - you will:

  • Support the planning and implementation of wellbeing initiatives at a global and country level which involves vendor coordination, marketing and communication planning. This requires you to learn how to manage timeline, stakeholder and resources.
