About Our Group
The Total Rewards Function is a Center of Excellence Function responsible for Total Rewards Program management, designing and implementing across business units globally.
This position reports Total Rewards Senior Manager to provide solutions in benefits and wellbeing.
In Seagate, with our 5000 strong staff strength which has a highly mixed employee profile, you learn to deal with the complexity that comes with it. You will have a taste of both the manufacturing and R&D environment that requires different strokes for each program that we introduce. This will test your ability to adapt and to think from different angles
