**Responsibilities**:**Talent Development and Culture**:- Onboarding: _Provide close follow-up to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires and coordinate internal oboarding experience.
- Learning Platform Go-Live: _Assist with the launch of internal learning platforms, including the creation of internal onboarding presentations and content with the marketing team.
