Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Assist in sourcing and screening candidate profiles through job portals and referrals. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities. Employee Engagement & HR Operations Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and activities. Support HR in organizing events, training sessions, and internal communications.
