HR Internship - Feb 2026 onwards

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Recruitment Team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in handling recruitment for both Direct Labour (DL) and Indirect Labour (IDL) positions, while supporting the overall hiring and onboarding process. This internship provides exposure to full-cycle recruitment and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

For Direct Labour (DL) Recruitment

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for operator, technician, and other shop-floor positions.
• Coordinate with supervisors/line leaders to understand manpower needs.
• Support in scheduling walk-in interviews and conducting initial screenings.
• Manage documentation for new hires, including pre-employment requirements and contract issuance.
• Update and maintain recruitment trackers for DL hiring.
