Job Description

The HR IT Solutions Portfolio under the IT Group is responsible for the strategy, delivery, and ongoing management of enterprise HR technology platforms that support the full employee lifecycle. This portfolio oversees core HR systems such as Workday and other Employee Self-Service (ESS) applications, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and aligned with business and HR objectives.
The team partners closely with Human Resources, Finance, and other stakeholders to translate people and workforce requirements into effective digital solutions. It manages system implementation, configuration, integration, enhancement, and support while driving process standardization, data integrity, and user experience improvements.
