HR Jr. Generalist

The HR Jr. Generalist supports the HR team in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and confidential record management. This role helps foster a positive workplace culture and supports HR initiatives that build an engaged and diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

Employee Relations: 

• Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries.
• Support engagement initiatives and workplace morale.

HR Administration

• Maintain confidential employee records.
• Assist with payroll support and benefits administration.
• Help prepare HR metrics and reports.
• Recommend process improvements.

Offboarding

• Conduct exit interviews and support smooth offboarding.
• Manage clearance completion and final pay processing.
