Intretech Malaysia is looking for a driven HR Junior Officer to support payroll operations and Disciplinary management in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a large workforce.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to build a strong foundation in payroll, compliance and employee relations.
What You'll Be Doing
Validate and process daily attendance data (large headcount environment)
Investigate abnormal clocking, overtime, lateness & absenteeism
Prepare and issue disciplinary letters for attendance matters
Support monthly payroll processing and statutory documentation
Maintain accurate employee records (local & foreign workers)
Generate attendance and payroll-related reports for management
