Reports To: HR Manager / HR Head

Key Responsibilities

Employee Relations

• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
• Help manage disciplinary actions and counseling documentation.
• Support initiatives that build employee engagement and positive workplace culture.

Compensation & Benefits

• Assist with payroll preparation and government contributions.
• Monitor leave balances, benefits enrollment, and updates.
• Coordinate with government agencies and external partners when needed.

Policy & Compliance

• Support implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company rules and labor regulations.
• Assist during audits and inspections.
