Job Summary

The HR Labor Relations Officer will manage employee relations, ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and regulations, Company policies, and foster positive workplace relations. This role requires in-depth knowledge of the Labor Code of the Philippines, civil laws, statutory benefits, and other relevant HR and Legal Policies, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and fairness in a dynamic organization.
