Hr Labor Relations Specialist

**Job Purpose**:Ensure compliance with legal obligations, personnel services and payroll processes, in accordance with the group's policies and strategies and applicable legislation, thus contributing to maintaining a healthy work environment within the organization, in order to ensure that it complies with internal, client, and organizational requirements.IATF *****, ISO *****, ISO *****.
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:Attend audit processes.Implement HR compliance in the implementation of Policies and Processes (CTPAT, NEEC, SOX, Internal Control, Ethics).
Manage the Payroll process properly, on time, and addressing employee concerns, doubts, and payroll issues Manage Personnel Services: Cafeteria, Transportation.Implement actions and commitment on communication, recognition, integration.Report and analyze absenteeism, turnover, and staff service satisfaction.Implement measures to achieve the objectives.Support middle managers and supervisors in personnel management <...
