Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Management

• Lead end-to-end hiring for both white-collar (R&D, scientists, quality assurance) and blue-collar (plant operations, manufacturing, warehouse) roles.
• Manage sourcing, screening, interviews, and seamless onboarding to support facility growth.
• Design and implement a structured performance appraisal framework aligned with research and production goals.

2. Compliance & Industrial Relations

• Ensure strict adherence to Indian labor laws and specific factory acts applicable to biotech/pharma manufacturing (PF, ESIC, CLRA, Shops & Establishments, TDS)....
