Job Overview: The HR Lead for Chile will play a pivotal role at Unilever as the primary business partner to the Country GM. This high‑impact, high‑visibility position sits on the Country Leadership Team (CLT) and is a member of the HR1UL Team.

• Partner with business leadership to develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Drive and oversee people strategy in a high‑growth organization launching soon in Argentina.
• Evaluate policies, processes and initiatives to ensure alignment with business strategy.
