Job Description

Position Summary:
Zoetis is seeking an agile, hands‑on HR leader to shape the people agenda at our Louvain‑la‑Neuve site (550+ colleagues across manufacturing, R&D, and support functions). LLN produces a range of pharmaceutical and biologic products and is a critical node in Zoetis’ global manufacturing and supply network.
In this highly visible, matrixed role, you will partner with the Site Leadership Team and collaborate across global HR (GMS, R&D, and enterprise COEs) to deliver talent, culture, and capability outcomes, positioning LLN as a flagship site in Belgium and the region.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Strategic HR Business Partnership 
Serve as the primary HR partner to the LLN Site Leadership Team; define and execute an integrated people strategy aligned with corporate, GMS, and local priorities.
