Our Client is a well-known quasi public agency responsible for the promotion and development of a key sector of visible national interest to the population of Singapore. Reporting into the Chief Executive, the HR Lead is responsible for team of three across a total employee headcount of <100 staff.
Business partner to HODs including advising on organizational strategies and manpower planning in relation to the organizational objectives and sustainability.
Lead in performance management which includes staff performance review, staff discipline, staff promotion etc
Assess and implement talent management agenda and training initiatives
Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes and contract renewals
Lead the implementation of digitization initiatives
Plan and implement engagement activities and staff socials.
