The Role:
We are seeking an experienced HR Lead to join us (20 hours per week) and take charge of employee relations. You will play a critical role in managing complex employee relations, performance issues, sickness, and conflict, ensuring that our managers and teams are supported through challenging HR matters.
You will be supported by a highly capable HR administrator who manages recruitment, payroll, holidays, and other day-to-day HR operations, allowing you to focus on the high-impact, people-facing challenges that truly shape our culture.
