Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) is looking for a Regional HR Leader to lead multiple locations in the India region within the KES Equipment Technology and Services (ET&S) business. You will serve as a pivotal member of the Leadership Team, driving business success through strategic HR leadership.

Location: Preference for this role will be in Navi Mumbai. Relocation assistance will be provided as needed. 

What You Will Do

Strategic Partnering & Accountability

Build and sustain trusted, collaborative partnerships with ET&S business leaders and supervisors. Drive problem-solving initiatives that influence and improve business outcomes. Hold yourself and others accountable to Koch Values, business results, and behaviors aligned with Principle-Based Management (PBM).
