HR (Learning & Development) Specialist

INDUSTRIAL CONTROLS SYSTEMS, INC. is now hiring for HR Specialist (Learning and Development)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, and or related field.
• Proven 5 years experience in HR role with a focus on training needs analysis and development.
• Background in other HR Facets is an advantage.
• With QMS background is an advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of training methodologies, instructional design principles, and adult learning theories.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Certification in HR and/or training and development is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform decision-making.
