Job Description:
The HR Legal and Compliance Coordinator plays a strategic role in aligning business objectives with employees and management. This position is responsible for providing expert legal and compliance advisory ensuring adherence to labor laws and corporate regulations, and supporting HR operations through policy development, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. The role also contributes to ISO and accreditation compliance, promotes ethical practices, and facilitates training programs to foster a culture of integrity and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and revise employment contracts, service agreements, NDAs, waivers, releases, and other employee- or vendor-related legal documents.
Provide legal advisory and guidance to HR and management to ensure compliance with Philippine labor, corporate, and data privacy laws (DOLE, SEC, BIR, PEZA, LGU, NPC, etc.).
