HR Strategy & Business Partnering

• Act as a trusted advisor to the General Manager and leadership team on people strategy, organizational effectiveness, talent management, and change initiatives.
• Translate business needs into HR policies and strategic initiatives, including workforce planning, learning and development, working time management, and compensation frameworks.
• Monitor and benchmark economic, legal, and social developments and industry best practices.
