Role Description

This is a full-time Human Resources Manager role at Cotecna Elite Philippines Inc. As an HR Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the Human Resources department, including employee relations, recruitment, compliance with labor laws, and organizational development. You will implement HR policies and programs, manage benefits and compensation, and lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction. This hybrid role is based in Muntinlupa City, with some flexibility for remote work.
