Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably within the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry. Strong foundation in HR Generalist functions, onboarding, and compliance.
Proven expertise in employee relations, competency-based interviewing, and leading training and development programs tailored to a fast-paced BPO environment.
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development Management, Business Administration, or related field.
HR certifications (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-CP) advantageous but not required.
Familiarity with digital HR tools and HR analytics is a plus.
