Job Description
Primarily responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. Formulate partnerships across the HR functions to deliver value-added services to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy that will strategically support the overall goals of the company.
· Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in resolving employee relations issues.
· Graduate of any Psychology, Business Management, or any 4-year course.
· Completed training in Project Management, Organizational Development, Business Partnering, Data Analytics, Crisis Management and Conflict Resolution, Problem Solving Processes, and Labor Laws.
· Competent in Negotiation Skills, Business Partnering, Data Analytics, Written, Verbal, and Presentation Skills.
