Job Description

General Job Description Abide by the rules and regulations of GCMCT. Follow instructions from immediate superiors and founders according to the norms of GCMCT. Willing to work in other areas of the hospital premises if necessary. 
To submit strategic and operational personnel plans for review, guidance, and approval of the GCMCT Board; 
To review the manpower requirements of all departments; 
To identify and recommend qualified personnel for possible hiring by the departments; 
To recommend promotions, transfers, and terminations of personnel; 
To conduct adequate employment procedures, including: Pre-employment interviews of candidates; Provide qualified candidates with information about the hospital's needs, as well as its rules and regulations. 
To conduct exit interviews with each resigning employee; 
To develop training programs geared towards the development of productive employees.
