Our Bogotá office is growing, and we need a dedicated HR Manager to build the systems and culture that support that growth.
The Role
We're hiring an HR Manager to run people operations out of our Bogotá office. This is a hands-on role. You'll own recruiting, onboarding, compliance, performance management, and employee relations for a growing technical team.
We're scaling with new trainees and need someone who can build standardized processes from the ground up: consistent contracts, clear policies, structured onboarding, and regular performance tracking. You'll be the person who keeps the team organized, informed, and motivated.
