Job Description
The HR Manager is responsible for planning, overseeing, and controlling all HR administration and operations of the mall. This includes recruitment, staffing, compensation and benefits administration, employee and labor relations, training, organizational development, and performance management. The position ensures productive working relationships between management and employees while complying with corporate policies, local ordinances, and Philippine Labor Laws .
