HR MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• Direct and Supervise HR Operations teams supporting different business units.
• Ensuring consistent implementation of Company Policies, Labor Standards, and approved HR procedures.
• Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle administration.
• Ensuring all employment actions are properly documented, approved and compliant with Philippine Labor Laws, including recruitment administration, onboarding documentation, employee movements, contract management, separation processing, and final pay release.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• HR Certifications (e.g., CHRP, SHRM) or RPm License is an advantage but not required
• At least 8-12 years of progressive HR Experience
• Minimum 4-5 years in HR Operations, Shared Services, or HR Service Delivery Leadership.
