Qualifications Graduate of any 4-year college course 
3-5 years HR experience in restaurant or hospitality industry 
Strong knowledge of PH Labor Laws and DOLE compliance 
Employee Relations, Recruitment & Training Experience 
Able to manage HR for multiple branches 
Good leadership, communication skills 
Highly organized, Detail Oriented and Flexible 
Trustworthy and willing to learn
