HR Manager

1. Full-Suite HR Management

• Manage and execute the end-to-end HR lifecycle, including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, performance management, training & development, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and offboarding.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and SOPs in alignment with governance and best practices.
• Serve as the primary HR advisor on all people-related matters.

2. Recruitment, Staffing & Workforce Planning

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes
• Partner with ministry leaders to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
• Oversee onboarding and orientation programmes to integrate new staff into the company culture.

3. Employee Relations & Performance Management

• Manage employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary processes, performance improvement plans, and conflict resolution.
