The HR Manager is a “hands-on” HR partner responsible for developing and ensuring effective implementation of HR plans, systems, policies, and processes for our Legal and Finance functions. This includes supporting workforce planning, talent management and development, employee engagement, employee relations, and total rewards processes.

This role will provide HR support for various levels of senior legal and finance management and colleagues within those functions, working closely and collaboratively with regional HR teams and HR Centers of Expertise (CoE) such as Total Rewards, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management.
