HR Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies to support the company's overall business objectives
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and exit procedures
• Oversee the HR team, providing leadership, coaching, and mentoring to ensure efficient and effective HR service delivery
• Identify and implement best practices in HR, ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
• Collaborate with department heads to understand and address their HR-related needs
