HR Manager Denmark - maternity cover

This is an exciting opportunity for a HR professional to take on a maternity cover role, where you will have the chance to work hands-on within a diverse range of HR topics. You will collaborate closely with our local organization in Denmark, the Nordic HR team, while also being a part of our EMEA HR team. This maternity cover position is expected to start in August 2024 and extend until the summer of 2025.

The HR Manager supports our Danish business on all operational and local strategic HR-matters aligned with our EMEA and Nordic HR Strategies.

You drive, coach and advice on all people aspects such as organization change, structures, HR-processes and business improvement initiatives.
